Scope and acceptance criteria
Fixed scope, out-of-scope items, and acceptance criteria (pass conditions per feature) are written into the contract as numbers. Work starts with a half-upfront payment.

We build fast on an AI-native loop and share a working screen at each checkpoint, so a wrong direction gets corrected immediately.
Handover and warranty
Source code and server accounts are transferred under your company's name, and bugs or breakage in the first 3 months after launch are fixed free of charge. Maintenance afterward is optional.
Acceptance is defined as 'it works', not 'it was built'. Each feature gets a numeric pass condition, verified together at handover.

Every project is a one-time build fee plus a monthly maintenance fee. We recommend a maintenance agreement once the build ships, to keep operations stable.
One-time build fee
Covers requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. You can choose source-code handover or a hosted SaaS arrangement.
Monthly maintenance fee
Covers server and API operation, bug fixes, feature stabilization, and security updates.
